The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very good. The staff were super friendly, in particular the waiter, Chris, who served us drinks on the terrace.

A fairly basic, but perfectly comfortable hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. Room was clean and functional. The included breakfast was good. The locaation, 2 minutes walk to Bad Kissingen town centre for bars, restuarants and shops, is really great.

Great location. Good breakfast. Very clean. Parking can be a problem. Foam Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable for me.
